FAMILY
Wife: Nicole “Nikki” Guidish Cantlay, a pharmacist (Doctor of Pharmacy, University of South Florida, 2018) and former fitness model.
The couple got engaged in late 2022 in Napa, California, during a trip with fellow Tour pro Xander Schauffele and his wife, Maya, and then married in Rome immediately after the tense 2023 Ryder Cup at Marco Simone.

Caddie: Joe LaCava, a Caddie Hall of Fame member who previously spent over 20 years with Fred Couples and then 12 years with Tiger Woods (including the 2019 Masters win) before joining Cantlay in May 2023, with Woods’s personal blessing.
